NVUS is proud to announce the signing of the highly coveted boxing prospect Richar Abril.

The world will witness yet again, another one of Stefanie Guimaraes’ talents, when the 2016 arrives in Brazil. Guimaraes will be on the Brazilian Olympic Wrestling Team come 2016. Guimaraes won the 2010 Rio De Jainero Wrestling State Champions, & finished as the Runner-Up in the Natonal tournament losing only 2-1 to the 3x defending National Champ. Although, Guimaraes is currently just an alternate, she will most likely be the starter by the time 2016 rolls around.

Bellator highlights a countdown of its Top 10 finishes over its first two season. Included in the highlights are Hector Lombard’s six second knockout, Yahir Reyes’ spinning backfist, Eddie Alvarez’s standing choke out of Josh Neer and Toby Imada’s inverted triangle choke over Jorge Masvidal that won the 2009 Submission of the Year award, as well as Stefanie Guimaraes’ KO that won 2009 Female Knockout of the year award.

From the historic headlining bout between Gina “Conviction” Carano and Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos in Strikeforce to the crowning of tournament champions in Japan, 2009 has been a groundbreaking year for women’s MMA. NVUS’ Eric Morel of ATT Davie pulled out a unanimous decision victory over

 Bounmy Somchay in what many considered the most action packed Fight of the Night!

Eric Morel, started his martial arts career in 2000, he trained with many people throughout the years including

72’ Olympic Gold Medalists and Boxing Coach, Howard Davis Jr. and UFC Veteran, Charles McCarthy.

Eric has traveled all over the world, training in places such as Costa Rica, for MMA and Muay Thai Competitions.

 He competed in many grappling tournaments winning an assortment of medals in all different skill categories. He is a 3-time world champion in kickboxing.

Winning titles such as ISKA  and Fast and Fearless twice.

We are proud to announce the signing of future female superstar,

 Stefanie “Supergirl” Guiamares!

With a title defense coming up on Bellator season 2. Everyone is excited to see the “Supergirl” back in the cage.

The tournament took place on October 31st in Miami at Miami-Dade College, Kendall Campus.

Ramos was ofically placed as second but only after refusing to compete against fellow American Top Team teamate Marcio Silva. Of note Ramos was the only blackbelt competetor to record a submission in the tournament by way of armbar.
